Dr. Natalie Norby has extensive experience in small animal medicine and surgery. After earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota, she practiced in Minnesota for 11 years before relocating to Tennessee. Her career has since included general practice in Chattanooga and Cleveland, TN, as well as relief work in emergency medicine. In December 2020, Dr. Norby moved to Florida, where she focused exclusively on relief work in both general and emergency practices. She has since returned to Tennessee and maintains active veterinary licenses in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.
Dr. Norby has a deep love for all aspects of veterinary medicine, from caring for playful puppies and kittens to supporting senior pets in their golden years. She has a particular passion for surgery and takes pride in her ability to help animals in critical and complex situations.
Her journey toward becoming a veterinarian began with a profound love for animals, which was solidified during her teenage years when she assisted her dairy goat in delivering kids. That moment ignited her lifelong commitment to animal care and medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Norby enjoys gardening, running, traveling, and spending quality time with her friends and family. She shares her home with her fiancé, Jason, and their beloved dogs, Ellie and Bodhi. Her grown children are both married, and she treasures every opportunity to spend time with her grandchild.
